Locked myself out of my bedroom and needed a locksmith! Looked around on yelp and decided to call mobile lock and smith. Mario answered and I let him know what the situation was. He was very professional over the phone so I decided to go ahead with their services. I called around 2:05pm and Mario showed up and was done by 2:35pm. He was very professional and very nice! My doorknob was also loose and he fixed that for me which was very nice. Hopefully I won’t need him again but if I do I will definitely be calling Mario.

I Arrived home from a long weekend to find out I left my house keys inside before we left. I locked only the handle lock from garage access door and since I was on vacation, switched by normal purse to a travel one. I called Mario right then and there and he said he would arrive within 45-6Omin. He called 25 min later advising he would be here in 10 min. Quick service, very friendly, didn’t seem rushed even though it was already 6pm. First time having to use a mobile locksmith for my home and he made it go smooth and grant access to my home quicker than I anticipated.

Locked my keys in my car. Horrible start to my first day of training for my new promotion. Mario came to the rescue and in less than 15 mins. This was an example of what service should be. I called Mario on a Saturday morning, fully expecting to make an appointment for a future date to change out all of the locks in our new home. He ANSWERED his phone first of all, and then shocked me when he said, “Did you want me to come do this today”? 90 minutes later he was at our front door and was working in no time. Fast, professional and did good work……..I’ll definitely use him again whenever we have a need for a locksmith

Locked my keys out on the way to the beach. Mario was super fast and helpful! Got in and out quickly and efficiently, didnt hurt car at all. Price was fair and he was able to take my chip card! Hope I never get locked out again but if I do I’ll call them up again definitely!

Really impressed with Mario’s service. We just closed escrow and he was super accommodating by fitting us into his schedule! Mario is super polite, professional, and friendly. We needed a locksmith to re-key 8 locks on the house. We called in the morning and he said he would be there within two hours. He arrived within the time frame and was extremely courteous and professional. The job was done quickly and he made sure we checked the new keys…and had us make sure the old ones didn’t work as well!
